We remove carpet and underlay, sheet and tile vinyl, and linoleum, then clean up the adhesive and any residue left on the subfloor. Where glue or bitumen is heavily bonded, we grind the substrate back to a smooth, sound surface. All debris is removed and disposed of, and the floor is left ready for tiling, new vinyl, timber or carpet.
