1. Services
Strip It Out Demolition ("we", "us", "our") provides strip out, internal demolition, and related services as described in our quotation. Work is limited to the scope outlined in the accepted quote.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Additional work discovered during the project will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your booking and cover initial costs. The balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted via bank transfer.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Safety & Access
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area. We follow all applicable Australian and Queensland workplace health and safety regulations. If unsafe conditions are discovered, we reserve the right to pause or stop work.
6. Asbestos
If asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials are discovered during work, we will stop immediately and advise the client. Asbestos testing and removal must be carried out by licensed specialists before work can resume.
7. Liability
We carry comprehensive public liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the quoted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or hidden issues unless caused by our negligence.
8. Waste Disposal
All demolition waste will be removed from the site and disposed of responsibly. Hazardous materials may incur additional disposal costs which will be communicated in advance.
9. Warranty
We stand behind the quality and completeness of our work as per the agreed scope. If any work does not meet the agreed standard, we will return to rectify it at no additional cost.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
