Every tile removal job is quoted on its own scope, but the price always comes down to a handful of factors:

• Floor area (m2) - the single biggest driver. Larger open areas are often cheaper per square metre than small cut-up rooms.
• Tile type and bedding - porcelain on a thick sand-cement bed takes longer than ceramic glued direct to the slab.
• Adhesive removal and grinding - if the slab needs to be ground flat for new floor coverings, that adds machine time.
